Your staff (office, trainers, and inspectors) have been extremely professional. I especially want to thank you for the flexibility and cooperation you show on a daily basis. The service you are providing and the way you've been able to work between the OSHA and EM-385 differences is exceptional. The pace that we've kept this year alone is phenomenal. Bottom line, there is no other contract like this in all of USACE that I am aware of. In the past few weeks, I've received three phone calls from two other districts asking how to start a program or use our current one. That alone is a testimony to the success thus far.

Your instructor provided an extremely large amount of material within the short time that he had and he built a rapport with the class very quickly.

The training program that our personnel went through was by far the most complete and educational that we have been involved in. We feel that the total concept covered in this training program has offered each of our employees a much greater awareness of crane safety, and the correct way to deal with all aspects of rigging and lifting. We feel that this was money well spent and has moved us to a new and much higher level of standards in the offshore crane industry.

I just completed the Aerial Lift train the trainer class in Tampa and I wanted to let you know that our instructor did a wonderful job. He would take his time, answer any questions I had, and find out answers to questions that were not directly about the subject. I have been to many, many, training classes and I have to say, your one of the best instructors I have ever had.
